Where ya'll see them going, if anywhere, leading up to the election.

Looking at 3% on a 15 yr right now. Was 2.875% last week. Wondering if I should hope to catch another little dip before locking.

I would get a 30 year fwiw, not a 15. In fact I just did myself. The rates are so low on a 15 that you are getting a negative real rate of return on your higher payments.

Since the stock market has been closed for 2 days, I would wait until tomorrow. The 10 year bond is moving favorably. However, I am locking all my floating loans by Friday. I'm not a gambler, especially with other peoples money. I'm advising my customers that if they are happy with what I'm offering to lock and not look back.
