The newest rage (or for the last few months or so) has been caramel and salt . . . primarily in gelato. And it's really, really good.

Rocky Road but with marshmallow fluff, not actual pieces of marshmallow. Some brad used to make it when I was younger.

My typical go-to is Breyer's 3 flavors or Chocolate Chip Mint
