What pisses me off is that Connor already knows who his father is, yet I didn't see that revealed to him anywhere. He just already knew when I saw Achiles. I was expecting that to look over his head for a while a la Star wars style storyline leading up to a final confrontation. Oh well.

Some of the minor inconsistencies of the game distract me... for example, 1773 - you do the whole naval mission as the younger-looking Connor, then... next sequence, still 1773 but you suddenly look 40. Only you are actually what, 20? Benjamin Church is also supposed to be 20 and "right out of college", but looks older than middle-aged. These may be nitpicks, but they take me out of the story. Also, why is Benjamin Franklin in Boston in 1754?

Yeah... Weird inconsistencies. I love the improved gameplay mechanics though.

Killed Washington in the mission where you eavesdrop on Bulldog's troops

I had called over a guy in a blue coat, while hiding in a hay cart, forgot I had my blades out, killed him instead of knocking him out. Screen goes red and says synch disconnected, you killed George Washington

I can't complete the Boston assassination contracts because the northernmost templar is stuck "under" a horse-drawn carriage. He is perpetually being dragged through the streets and I can't kill him.

Has anyone played it in 3D? Is there a delay?

The last game I tried to use 3D on (MLB 12 the Show) there was a delay and when you're trying to hit a 98mph fastball you can't afford a delay.

Nope.

Apparently horses can't swim. Who knew?

Eta: my mind is full of frick right now.

And Mupps, you were right about the not knowing about his dad thing. Unless his mom told him... Weird.

Well, there are pictures of the templar leaders in the Homestead, so I assume Achilles told him about his father at some point during his training.

Achilles showed connor the portraits of the templar leaders the night he said he would train him. He must have known who his father was beforehand.

Betcha Kenneth hit it and quit it.

Just got my copy and I can't wait to play!

Is there any way you can play ac3:liberation on ps3, like a dlc or something. I don't have a vita but would love to roam Nola in an open environment game.

Exactly, he knew before Achiles. I'm sure his mom told him, but that could have been a really cool point in the game.
