Am I shooting myself in the foot?

I tend to always make one too many trades every year and this might be that trade. My team is as follows
QB: Big Ben
RB: Mccoy, Mathews, Martin, Tate
WR: Thomas, Nicks, Moore, Britt
TE: Hernandez, Bennett
Guy in our league has Brady and Griffin and is offering me Brady, Cobb, Turner for Thomas and Martin. Is this the trade that does me in this year?
