Flying in and meeting team from Atlanta and LA. Where should I take them for dinner?

JoJo's will be closed tonight. Nothing really open at night on Mondays or Tuesdays. The restaurant at the golf course in Patterson will be open. If not that then either head to Houma or Mr. Lester's at Cypress Bayou Casino in Baldwin.

Man... there isn't much there worth going on about. Ate shrimp at Suzie's Seafood. Okay. I make much, much better gumbo, though. I like my gumbo to have some body to it and not be too watery.

I like the Latin Corner, down by the railroad tracks near the seawall. Pretty good cuban sandwiches. I can't remember if the place has TVs or not. Not fancy, but not a dive...more like a simple, neighborhood restaurant.
