Lunch is casual.

Dinner at least jeans and button down.

For the most part I agree. Although people did stare at me when I wore Armani to Sid Mar's back in the day.

I personally wouldn't wear jeans to dinner there, but most people I've seen are in jeans. There are jeans that cost more than some of my suits, so...
