If you are gonna bring a case like this for help board consideration you need to cite threads, preferably 5 or more, then the admins can make an informed ruling.

you seem to have a good case. Allow the admins 6-8 weeks to make a ruling. Then both parties will be allowed an appeals process that could last up to 3 months. Then the board guidelines may be amended.

then another appeal to the Supreme Court, which could take months depending on the timing of everything and when the court is in session.
