It should be Ware at QB, Shepard at slot back, and Ford at RB.

My favorite play is the jet sweep. We faked the jet sweep to Shep, but other than that Ware is the only one to run the ball out of this formation. Felix Jones of Arkansas killed us with this play. I'm really hoping that we will expand the play calls from this formation because Ware dive play is just like us being back in I-formation. It's predictable.

I don't think they actually faked the jet sweep. There was a bad snap that threw off the timing so Ware just ran up the middle.

I think it should be Magee and shep with ford and take ware out

I'm excited about seeing ford back there with ware and carrying the ball to the outside. Not many people can beat Ford to the edge

I like the idea of Ware taking a step and throwing a slant to Beckham or Landry at the 1 WR spot. The corner likely will cut the WR loose to be able to make the play on Ford. Catch them on that, and if the LB and safety is coming up to stop Ware, you got a TD.
edited to add- especially if Landry. He's a beast at blocking, so the corner would likely try to get off him right away. A fake blocking pose for an instant, and he's the opposite of jammed at the line, the corner will swim past him.
