Tom Brady's value

14 team standard scoring, 4 pt passing TDs, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (WR/RB).
I have Brady and Ryan and need help at TE and RB/flex.
My intention has always been to try to get a top tier RB for Brady or Ryan, but because of the way the teams are made up, it doesn't look like it can happen. My only shot may be this week. Ray Rice owner has Schaub and Dalton as his QBs and all three are on bye this week. His best bye week option at RB is waivers (very thin) or Daniel Thomas, and he would also have to pick up a QB. He may be just writing off this week as a loss. I thought of offering Brady and Felix Jones for Rice. I don't think he would take it.
A more realistic option may be to offer Brady to the Gronk owner straight up. His QBs are Cam and Weeden and he also has Rudolph at TE.
Am I overvaluing or undervaluing Brady?

i think you're spot on, but i've tried trades like this to use brees to get foster or rice from somebody and they all declined

Brady doesn't have a ton of value in a 14 team league. Definitely shouldn't be able to trade for a top RB straight up.

14 teams and 4 pt TDs definitely devalues QBs, especially this year.
Offered Brady and zona d for gronk and 49er d, he accepted.
