Well frick we should just have the team dress in green and crimson then and sing Christmas songs to the fans instead in the spirit of the season.

ETA: GTFO with your useless inflammatory comparisions.

Thank God that stats don't matter once the coin is flipped.

It's a proven fact(by the rant) that the ref's pro-Bama and ant-LSU. This skews the numbers in favor of Bama.

3rd down conversions and penalties have killed the offense more than anything. When ever LSU has a decent drive, it gets killed by false starts or holding penalties. 3rd conversions are a direct result of drops and recently overthrows. At some point in time, we have to be able to put things together in the passing game. Either we are dropping perfectly good passes or the pass is inaccurate.

Hopefully we will see the offense that showed up in the Washington game. That seems to be the only time we actually put the passing game and running game together. There has always been something to hurt us. And the few times the offense seemed to be working pass those problems, we have had unexplained fumbleitis. How different is the UF game if Beckham doesn't fumble that deep pass play? We are due for a game in which everyone is on the same page.

Get out of here with your stats and your official numbers. We don't buy that crap.

Lets take a look at it compared to our last opponent.
Note that A&M rankings are after playing LSU

scoring offense
Texas A&M 9th
Ala 14th
LSU 51st

3rd down conversions
Ala 2nd
Texas A&M 12th
LSU 81st

Passing Efficiency
Ala 1st
Texas A&M 46th
LSU 85th

Red Zone Offense
Ala 3rd
Texas A&M 29th
LSU 69th

Total Offense
Texas A&M 9th
Ala 39th
LSU 76th

My point is although A&M had a great offense going into our game, they hadn't played our Defense YET.

Ole Piss is the best team that Alabama as played so far.

They execute against mediocre talent every game so I am not bashing them. Just that they are a bit over hyped. Miss. St. will actually be their toughest competition of the year this coming weekend. Lets see how close that game.
