I'm thinking about picking up some of their dizzy dust and some swamp venom. Has anyone tried these before, and what are your thoughts? I'd use it for ribs, pork shoulders, and wings in different proportions. Thanks!

We sell this at our store and my dad uses it all the time. Pretty sure he uses the Dizzy Dust the most...

Their Raising the Steaks seasoning is pretty good as well.

The dizzy rubs are great...no MSG, no preservatives. Have tried Cow Lick, dizzy dust, swamp venom, raging river...probably like the maple sweet Raging River best....swamp venom least. sV isn't bad, it's just kinda generically "Cajun" so it didn't thrill me. Have heard many reccs for the tsunami spin, too.

Thanks for the replies. If I wanted to add a little heat to the dizzy dust, which one would you mix it with? Or would you recommend not mixing it at all and going with a different flavor for wings?

The dizzy dust is a classic pork rub....fine on wings. Add some ground cayenne for heat....or hot smoked paprika. Or squash up a canned chipotle en adobo (one chili, not one whole Can!) into your sauce or glaze. But a little goes a long way with wings...they're fatty cause of the skin, Los the pepper heat will stick.
