I thought the officiating was horrible. There were many penalties committed by A&M which were never called, while it seemed we were scrutinized. I saw our D line held consistently.

To be fair, we got several bad calls in our favor

The officiating was not that bad. Both teams played sloppy games. The PI the went in Landry's favor was a 50/50. The PI that negated an LSU INT was awful, but there was an offsides on that play anyway.

Have you ever watched a game without blaming the refs afterward? Has LSU ever had a game fairly officiated?

I thought there were quite a few noncalls for holding. I saw one that was FOR LSU, but many that were for eATMe. Overall, I thought the officiating was good, but eATMe probably shouldn't have had their early success if holding was properly called.

While I'm bitching.....
I never thought I would find myself wish Gary & Vern were calling the game! Griese & his sidekick did not do a good job. IMO

I thought the officiating was brutal no matter which team you rooted for. I really try to be fair when critiquing calls as it's the integrity of the game, and just was not impressed with the officials in any capacity.

Wow, that is a strange to call to select. DB flat out GRABS OB's hand to prevent a catch. I thought it was a smart D play (much worse result in terms of yardage if he catches that) but an obvious pass int call.

Seriously? Even from the opposite sideline, it was clear that he was having to attempt a one-handed catch because the DB had his other arm held. It was pretty obvious.

Well I was in the stands, but on the play and replay it didn't look like much, I think if he'd have caught it there wouldn't have been a flag...
There were some others, both ways I didn't understand the call

i said in the other thread about this that the a&m right tackle moved early on almost every play in the first half. i watched the game on dvr and yes i did confirm in slomo. i've never seen that happen that many times and not get called.

He held his arm back. Odell could only attempt to one arm catch the ball and it fell out

Thats very sneaky but deffinite pass interference. For some reason Officials dont like it when you take away the recievers hands that he uses to catch the ball. Weird i know

A lot of blocks in the back when the quarterback was scrambling around that were not called.

I thought TAMU got away with a lot of holding early in the game, but after the 1st QTR things evend up. We did have some stupid penalties. Mingo and Reid to name a couple.

It was interference on Beckam, but I would question why you would interfere with a guy who likey would have dropped the pass anyway.
