Anyone else notice a lack of leadership this year?

There is no doubt this team is talented, and we have fantastic players. However, I don't feel like there is a person on this team who the players turn to get fired up. Mettenberger sure as heck isn't the guy. What I see is talented players who like to showcase their talent and show off, even if it means getting stupid penalties. I hope the Mad Hatter can get this team to play for each other instead of themselves, and I hope Mettenberger can be a leader for the next game. We need one.

I'm behind this team through thick and thin, but I think this problem isn't hard to improve. Les is paid too much to not get this team ready every game.
