What does the OB do about fleas on a new pup? all the flea shampoo is for older pups. researched on the net and found that people use Dawn dish soap.

Whatever Capstar you don't use - store it in the fridge. It keeps longer.

Use a little 7 dust. The after a few hours wash the dog. If the dog is kept outside, throw a shite load of 7dust around the area you keep it. Also, at night, take a pie pan and fill it with water. Put a small light right above the pan about 12". Fleas will go to the light and jump to it. They will land in the pan of water and can't get out.

Now if the dog is inside, do the light/pan trick inside too.
