Need some guidance as a young professional

Trying to divulge as little information as possible, I have a second job interview (office interview -- they are flying me out there and taking me out) with a job id really like. However, I have other job offers that would expire by that time (already extended these deadlines).
Do I put all my eggs in one basket or bail out and go with the safe choice? I know office interviews have a pretty high offer rate, so I'm not sure what to do.
PS -- this is a summer internship
Give me some help guys, TIA.

With such little information, it's tough to really help out. Since they are flying you out for a second interview for an internship, I am guessing we are not in the same industry. When I was coming out, second interviews were for full-time hires only and you had a high likelihood of an offer with this "site visit".
Naturally you weigh what you have to gain versus what you have to lose and consider the relative chances of each.
If you are going to give up on sure-fire offers to pursue another, consider the whether the internship with the second interview offers a combination of the following:
- Something that you are more interested in doing
- A company that is a better personal fit than the others
- Higher likelihood of full-time employment
- Better pay
- More interesting internship social experiences (e.g. internship in Denver versus Midland, TX)
- Etc
Also, are you a strong candidate that will likely have other attractive options through this recruiting cycle? Is this your last internship opportunity before full-time hire? In other words, how bad would it be for you if you didn't get the internship from the second interview?
Best of luck in your decision.

I am a strong candidate. Interned last summer with a company that I secured a full time offer with post school. I have a part time job I work now that I could work full time if I bank on that one job and don't get it. I'd miss out on a couple grand, which in the long run is insignificant to me, but I would still like that extra money
The social aspect and experience aspect I feel would be vastly superior at said job.

Have you thought about calling the other companies and asking for an extension of time to make your decision? I don't know what field you're in, but when I was interviewing with the big 4 they were usually pretty understanding about this.

Well, it sounds like a no-brainer to me, unless you think there is some odd chance that you won't get the offer at the site visit.
I would definitely take the chance, but my personality is to embrace risk when there is good upside and a good contingency plan.

Flying you out for a second interview..for an internship. Sounds like Big 4 recruiting to me. Am I hot or cold? It would help if you at least gave us an idea of the industry .

It's not big four.I think I'm a just go for it. I'd regret if not.

What industry is this?

Roll the dice and go for the one you really want. You have the rest of your life to play it conservative.

As someone who had an amazing start to his career by rolling the dice but had to go conservative due to the financial crisis, roll the dice. Life happens. After a few years, it gets harder and harder to break conservative.

This.

That's a nice problem to have. Go for the job that you know is a better fit for you. Your career will advance more productively if you are working in an occupation that fits your strengths.

Until I read that, I would have recommended in this market taking the sure thing.
Go for it, but maintain a safety net if possible. Perhaps if in "going for it" you miss, there might still be some sort of fall back with one of the previous firms? If you think there is that chance, politely vie for more time if you can. Keep as many options open as you can.
The job market remains tough.
