Anyone? Ole Miss 1997? I hope this one turns out better.

Yep, that game sucked.
We've never really been early risers.

I thought Moo st in 2009 was a morning game.

Check out all the morning games in 2002, especially the Cotton Bowl at 10 a.m.
After that there were 4 morning games against MSU, but none were big matchups going in, even though 2009 was a close game.

So playing a 3-2 ole piss team is a BIG game?

Football should be played at night. That is all.

That Ole Miss game was actually big in 1997. We had beaten Florida the week before. BR was buzzing, and the fans were sky high. The team came out flat. Huge let down. Screw Stewart Patridge.
Thanks DJ and TigerattheU. I think the games in 2002 are the answer. Especially the Auburn game. I think we may have been ranked in the Top 10.

Just bc we were buzzing after a huge win over Florida doesn't make the following game a big one

I was there..watched the national championship flag go up. Pain in the arse heading back to Shreveport due to the traffic with the Hurricane coming.

Exactly. It's only remembered as a "big game" because LSU lost. Had they won, nobody would remember anything about it.
