I know this article is all about the lakers, but with all of the cap room we will have in the upcoming years it could happen here instead. One passage was very interesting

quote:

Meanwhile, keep an eye on Chris Paul, LeBron's best friend in the NBA. James has wanted to team up with CP3 for seven years or more. In 2005, when Paul was about to be drafted, James asked the Cavs to attempt to move up to get Paul, but the Cavs did not have the assets to pull off such a trade. Paul and James have only grown closer since, playing together on Team USA four times since 2006 and winning gold medals in 2008 and last summer. Paul will be a free agent in 2013, and his situation could influence James' plans a year later.

If AD turns out to be the beast we think he is, its a small possibility.

Personally, I'd rather not even think about something like that at the moment.

Miami isn't a large market.

The stars will go wherever other stats are

It's definitely bigger than New Orleans, though. People think about it as a beautiful and luxurious place to live as an athlete. It's unfortunate because New Orleans is a beautiful city as well, but it doesn't have the glamour of a Miami or New York so people don't give it enough credit.

If Paul comes back and AD is one of the top players in the league, Lebron legitmately considers it. Still it' a small chance.

CP3 returning to New Orleans in a Pelicans jersey is a possibility. But even if he does, there is less than a 0% chance that Lebron ever plays for the Pels.
