or a song that puts you in a good mood?? sometimes at work or when i'm having a shitty day, i listen to a few songs that put me in a different mind state (i guess you can say that music is my drug sometimes)... everyone's got a song or two that can change their mentality or outlook even for just a few minutes

when i'm about to work out or run i listen to BIA BIA - Lil Jon.. this song takes me back to high school, sitting in the locker room on friday nights in the fall at around 6:30 before taking the field... makes me feel like i can take someones head off

my paw paw and i were really close.. he died suddenly of a heart attack a little more than a month after the saints won the superbowl... to this day, i still think about him all the time.. when my mind wanders off and i daydream about the times we shared together, i like to listen to this song
