Aggie fan perspective on the game.

What Tiger Fans are Missing Looking at the Aggies
1. Manziel has played a real defense, and was en route to a blow out when playing like a quarterback. In the second half, he became a running back because of his inexperience and lost the game. Since then, Manziel has continued to look downfield while moving around.
2. A&M's defenses matches up with LSU's offense. A&M allows just over 3 yards a carry to the run game, but the secondary lets talented quarterbacks/receivers move the ball. Mettenberger is not a sufficiently talented quarterback to ride to a victory at this time.
3. A&M has 2 of the best tackles in college football, both of which are first round quality tackles if they come out this year. This helps neutralize LSU's talent at DE. A&M's 2 sacks a game mostly come from Manziel running outside the pocket.
4. Common Opponent. Playing as an incomplete QB in his first career start, Johnny Manziel put up 2 TDs in a single half of football. LSU put up 0 as a team in both halves, but hey, they crossed the 50.
5. Kyle Field ranks right up there with loud disruptive fan bases. Many teams play well below their normal levels in Kyle, which will lose LSU this game.
I'm not going to call the game, but I predict both teams score in the 20-30ish range and neither team wins by more than 7.
I just done see it happening! LSU wins 41-10

A&M has 17 defensive players left that played 100+ plays last week, will be done after halftime

Manziel has not played a real defense that has had the opportunity to scout him.

It wasn't terrible vs Auburn, We just couldn't convert on key plays but we moved the ball okay.

I love it when Aggie fans attempt to tout the noise levels in College Station.
We've already played at Auburn and at Florida. Both of those stadiums are more imposing than the 12th vagina.

As of last week, this is still a problem. We moved the ball well on USCe, but the offense stalled 3 times inside the red zone. Let's hope that we can score some TDs this week. I don't want this game going down to the wire.

If Lsu can be just a little more creative in the redzone, it'll be a blowout quickly.

Kyle Field- most overrated stadium in country and not very loud
What's yalls record there over the past 10 years since its so menacing?

This!! We need to show that we can pass down there as well as run.

Ware with the run/pass rollout option!!
Or Clement.

This really doesn't matter that much. Keke and Sam won't be rushing up the field except for obvious passing plays. They'll be sitting back and trying to maintain the edge to keep Manziel inside like they did with Conner Shaw. In fact, I don't see this game plan being much different than the game plan against South Carolina. The biggest difference will be the pace and tempo.

I would love to see this.
At least we tried the pass to the TE, but Mett threw it over Nic Jacobs' head.

Overall record at Kyle sucks for the last 10 years because A&M has sucked. That said, it is still a place that gets crazy for big games. This game is the "Maroon Out" game for A&M that is one game selected every year late in the season that they sell special maroon tshirts for and the stadium is solid maroon. The tradition started in '98 when they first did it and A&M upset #2 Nebraska. Since then there have been 5 more times that A&M has beaten a ranked opponent though A&M was an underdog for "Maroon Out" including beating #1 OU in '02. It's a loud and intimidating environment that is very SEC like.
When I was in school A&M lost 1 home game at Kyle in 4 years. It was in the middle of a 56-5-1 streak. LSU has actually only won once at Kyle in 8 tries.
It is no guarantee of victory by any stretch but it will be a loud and fired up venue that should compare to Tiger Stadium last week or USC the prior week against UGA. This is a program defining opportunity for A&M and they are going to give it everything they have both as a team and a fanbase.
