Ive worked with a few of them. Definitely a different sort. For some reason I'm really bothered by the fact that they wear their rings everywhere. Like real hatred-type bothered.

As an A&M grad, former member of the Corps, long time resident of BR and former season ticket holder to lsu football games let me say a few things:
1) when u get to College Station mind your manners. Everyone will try very hard to be gracious and welcoming. Its just how we roll. If you ARE a jerk, you will probably get to be a jerk for a while before anyone stops you... But if you persist, you will get put back in your place... Go along to get along.
2) i have lived in br longer than cs and yall are a LOT weirder than we ever dreamt of being...
3) the reason you throw away an Aggies resume is because he is clearly over-qualified for the low/middle level job youre hiring for.
4) The academic standard a Texas A&M is so far above that of LSUs yall cant even eat our dust.
5) you might wanna look up when lsu last won a game at Kyle. Most of you werent alive.
6) when you leave Kyle in defeat do not expect to be treated poorly... Unless of course you disregard #1 above... But then you wont get to even see end of game.
Texas A&M is one of the friendliest places youre ever gonna go. Enjoy yourselves. We want you to. Until kickoff that is.
Safe travels! Gig em!!!

I work with a fair amount of aTm grads, and there are some believe it or not that are normal. I would never guess that they are Aggies. However, the queer Aggies more than make up for the "normal" ones. They are delusional though. I remember they were outraged with the Sumlin hire. They feel that their program is entitled to a Saban/Miles/Meyer type coach.

Out of my group of Aggie friends, 3 of them look like they could all be related to each other. They have that "look". I can't quite pinpoint it. All in all, the ones I know are good people.

Both Aggies and Tigers alike are about to discover how much they have in common... I doubt the imbeciles posting about the Ags have spent much, if any time, around us.
I wont repeat what my friends say about lsu fans>>> not nearly as complimentary as your assessment of us.
Oh, and bring your lunch Saturday... Youre gonna be all day trying to win... Which you wont.

All three (3) aTm grads (engineers, like myself) I've worked with closely over the years are dumb as shite. Super nice guys, but dumb as shite. 3 for 3. It's not a coincidence.

I was fortunate enough to go to the Cotton Bowl in Dallas 2 years ago when we put a beat down on A&M and that was one of the weirdest group of people I've ever been around.

I had the exact same experience and came to the same conclusion.

Very strange people.

Texas A&M is the North Korea of college football. This by no means is an exaggeration
1. Strong emphasis on maintaining a strong military presence.
2. Brainwashed into believing they are the best of the best. Of course the only national championship they won was in 1939...when most of the country was suffering under something called the Great Depression
3. Traditions that would baffle just about anyone. They literally have something called an Elephant Walk

I went there over the weekend. It's not as bad as people make it out to be. The only military specific area on campus is the quad

that's only the stupid people. Most aggie are aware of their history. And honestly outside of the last 12 years and a brief moment in the 50s what has lsu role in history been?

the only three I find stupid is the scoreboard for the dogs, yell leaders, and the class specific yells. Which really it isn't the yells I have a problem with its what they're yelling. Just doesn't make sense to me. Everything else is cool and really interesting to learn about once you hear the story behind it.

Trying to reduce the spirit of the corps down to a few sentences is no easy task. Imagine a University sanctioned group that wrapped up the worst stereotypes about the military, the south and fraternity culture into one odious package. Now imagine someone wrote a sexually repressed fan-fiction about that group and then you’ll have the cadets.

Do they still make the fish sleep with a jizz jar under their bed?
