Count me in the "realist" Tiger category, but I think we win big tonight....

I predict Miles unleashes the offense. We'll see a lot of shotgun looks, and I predict we actually have BALANCE tonight. We'll throw to setup the run.
Miles is the type who isn't going to change unless something forces his hand. Last week forced his hand. I promise you he realized his conservative play cost us dearly last game. His unwillingness to even try to unload the box stopped any opportunity we had to win the game.
We were on the road last week. We're at home this week. We're coming off of a loss. The game is at night.
USCe is coming off of an emotional home win. They won't play as well this week.
The offensive line does give me some concern, but all things considered, no offensive line will be effective when they're attempting to block nine defenders within five yards of the line of scrimmage.
LSU 35
USCe 17
I will say that if we lose this game, I predict at least four losses on the season. We'll lose next week @A&M and vs. Bama. If we win this game, I think we'll be in the SEC Championship Game. This is the most pivotal game of the season for so many reasons.
Our team will quit if they realize their goal, getting to the national championship game, is unreachable. On the other hand, a win in this game places us back in the national title game picture with a game at home versus the #1 team in the country left to play.
It becomes a three game season if we win this game: @A&M, vs. Bama, vs. SEC East Champion. One of those games, @A&M, is just a trap game as well.

What do you mean by "unleashes the offense?"

IMO, if we want to win, we have to use Shep and Landry more often.

This post is all over the place.

We scored 6 against UF and a mere 12 against shitty Auburn. How are we going to manage 35 points with a substantially weaker oline against a superior front?

Both of our games were away. SCar has not played well when away at all, see their 2 close games this season

You will see more of the same with a similar, although somewhat more successful result.

There is an immeasurable amount of fail in the OP. Sorry brah, but if we manage to score 20 I'll be impressed.

I just love your realism. How much is 2+2 while you're at it?

Did Les Miles get a brain transplant during the week?

I have no idea what to expect. Like every week, hope for the best but I think this game is 50/50. USC in a huge upswing and LSU is down, but a good coaching staff can use that bad offensive performance last week as motivation.

I was trying to put my thoughts into words, but you went and did it for me.

Miles prefers under center, Krags thinks Mett is better under center, and Mett himself prefers being under center. We won't see tons of shotgun looks.
