I just find that Miles was willing to take more chances during his first couple of years because he had nothing to lose and no record to protect. Since then he has become more conservative it seems because of all the heat and ridicule he took during the first few years for what some in the media considered questionable calls that made him look stupid. It didn't seem to affect him at the time but in hindsight I believe he was hurt by the ridicule he took over some of his calls and so now plays by the book a lot more and seems to be too predictable.

And I have bought you a beer for making a lucid, accurate point, that most of these lemmings don't have the capacity to realize.

what because I might scare away a recruit?

Are you serious?

What's the point of bringing in blue chippers only to see them rot into nothing for four years (e.g. Russell Shepard)?

While I am frustrated as hell with Miles, and I feel this the beginning of the end for him. I will never ever step foot in Tiger Stadium and boo my beloved LSU tigers. I may scream and cuss the coaches for being idiots but I will never boo them unless they quit and come back standing on the other sideline.

does not allow (the reasons for which the entire LSU nation is still waiting for the answer) for game-time adjustments

I'm just wondering if this LSU Nation would recognize game time adjustments. Would you notice blocking changes? What about minor alignment changes? Route adjustments? Split adjustments? Do you understand a word of what I just typed?

I'm thinking that you and the rest of this LSU Nation have at best a very shallow understanding of football and have no clue as to the adjustments that happen every game. The fact that you declare that there have been none proves my point.
So please boo if you feel like it. Your post has already told me all I need to know about you.

I see you carry the Miles playbook around: a pussy's approach to football
Wow, you're so cool. Can I learn to be cool too?

Try not to be a jackass, and answer these questions honestly-
what has impressed you about our passing offense this season?
What makes you think our passing attack gives us the best chance to win tonight?
Would YOU pin your reputation and potential job security to Mett et al right now, and tell 'em "Let 'er rip!", or would you play it conservative, and see if LSU can do something with it's own defense?

SCe has Clowney, but we have Mingo/Montgomery/Minter. Given what we've seen, I would say our best hope at winning is to let our defense establish the tone of the game.

BTW, I don't think I've ever heard anyone call a running/defense approach to football "a pussy approach"; usually it goes the other way around.

Hey Les Miles, how about LSU throwing the ball deep down the middle , put an extra lineman in the backfield for pass protection, etc, why not try some innovation on offense for once???

This is why losing 5 games ould be helpful to our future.
It would put Miles on the Hot SEAT and he'll be forced to hire a new offensive staff. Hopefully give them the reigns.

we are sick of watching this garbage excuse for an offense.

Pretty sure we're all frustrated with our offensive problems. We don't look like the team we thought we'd see.

This is the issue in a nutshell. We expected last years team with a better offense. We def expected a team that plays angry with a chip, bc that's how we fans feel after 1/9.
