Precedent has been set: See, Cosmo v. CosmoKramer
If there can be a Cosmo and a KosmoCramer, then there can be a Kracka and a Cracker. Now, if it had been Kracka and Kraker or Cracka and Cracker, then there would be an issue.

And as I stated that would be a problem. But the case at hand is is not Cracka v. Kracka. It's Cracker v. Kracka.
As Cosmo v. CosmoKramer shows us, there is no conflict as long as the first two letters are opposite and one of the names ends in "er." The Supreme Fowl's final ruling in Cosmo was:
Cosmo / KosmoCramer which is the same as
Kracka / Cracker
Opposite first letter, and one ends in "er."

They are not the same.
And if you want to pull a that card. I have already had Croaka's name changed. His was basically the same, I ask him to request a name change. He did.
