Ohio State & Texas Schedule a Home & Home Football Series

Hard to get too excited about a series that isn't until 2022/2023 but is nice to see an OOC Game with a pulse after the lack thereof the past 5 years or so.

I apologize for the Ohio State fans in 2005.
Texas fans got some serious heckling after that game.
But it was fun as shite, I'm glad it got renewed.

That game broke my heart 
Worst letdown ever. We all just went home and went to bed, no one even kept drinking. The entire damn campus was just completely bummed out.

it is nice to see major programs do a home/away
hope it doesn't get cancelled before it comes to pass

Looks like Gene was serious about scheduling. By my count we have series scheduled with North Carolina, VaTech, Oklahoma, Cincinnati, TCU and now Texas. I would really like the Georgia series to get back on the schedule.

Went to both games in 05 and 06...the best home and home i ever been to...UT fans were so welcoming, and buckeye fans...well they were belligerent a -holes after we choked that game away. That being said...its a decade away...neither current coach will be around, so it will be interesting to see the state of each program at that time

They've defintely have done a good job in the OOC scheduling, good for them to put Texas as an OOC
