Question for the Rant

Someone posted on the scoreboard Saturday night during the Florida game and he pointed something out that I really hadn't thought of before.
Do you think that players that come to LSU get better as they get more playing time or do they come here and that is the level that they will always be at and don't really continue to develop.
Example: JL and JJ at QB. I can't really say that I saw a huge amount of improvement in these QB's over time.
Does the Rant agree??

This largely depends on the position. DBs come in and get consistently better. QBs on the other hand seem to get much worse.

Depends on the player.
This is the correct answer.

I would like to say that as a whole our players do get better, but I would be lying if I said this thought has never crossed my mind.

Most every player gets better
They develop physically, get stronger, learn the position better, and get coached by some of the top position coaches in the country.
Anyone who thinks players don't get better here have a screw loose.

This
Just like kids in a family. Some get it, some don't.
