I have been checking for a premiere day almost daily for a few weeks, thinking it would start in like a month. Now your telling me I have to wait till February??!?!
Between this and the OT thread showing a real life Jurassic Park will never exist I am going to cry myself to sleep.
For you guys who know this kind of stuff, is this a bad sign for the shows future? Like being moved to midseason?

That is odd. The show wasn't even renewed for season seven until January of 2012. I'm guessing it was more of a scheduling issue with USA . Did USA run any new shows this fall?

Psych is constantly changing it's schedule, so I wouldn't look too much into this. I know they have been planning a musical episode for a long time now. My guess is they are trying to accomodate the actors' schedules. That being said, just mentioning possible problems with the show makes me very uneasy.

It's hard to tell with the way they stagger schedules these days, but I think several series like White Collar, Royal Pains, Covert Affiars and maybe Suits have gone from short season to normal season runs. That would certainly take up space on the schedule.
And like everyone else said, this sucks
