Sorry if already discussed, but why? In that down and distance, Magee, two timeouts, can someone rationalize this please.

If it works....brilliant call.
If it doesn't.... You get posters like you asking why

FWIW, Magee was a high school qb.

The dumbest part was putting in Magee that was an instant red flag that something was up.

Putting the 3rd back in alluded to the pass. As did 3rd down.

The roll out right with no receivers is an interestingly designed play.

2 timeouts in a row didnt help, but give the play away...

Two successive timeouts, then, the sudden appearance of McGee. We'd been better off just showing the trailer for "Jump Pass" on Florida's stadium screen.

motherfricking stupid arse play call.

jesus christ, just thinking about the entire situation.

a double timeout, and then insert a seldom used player into the game for the most important play of the first half.

There was 2 receivers

Landry couldn't get open and our FB got taken out of the play early before he could get to the flats. It was a great defensive play by Florida

the two timeouts were for this reason:

first one was called because of mechanical failure with the headsets and the plays werent being called to the sideline properly

the second timeout was used because a play was called with the incorrect personnel on the field, thus not being able to run said play.

if the play works, you people are praising the man. truth be told, if magee heads off tackle right, he probably walks in.

We called two timeouts and used a RB that has only a handful of carries all year for a very important play. I knew what was happening as soon as I saw Magee in the sideline huddle and so did Florida. Trick plays work best in less critical moments. Not including Jasper's over the head toss, bounce, catch and run.
