What is your opinion of the movie Almost Famous?

I just got finished watching it. I have been wanting to see it for a while. I never saw any parts of it, nor had I ever seen any previews or trailers. I know alot of people said the music in it was great and I agree. I really liked the movie, the story and of course the music.

A very charming, nostalgic (in a good way) movie. Not a great film, but very entertaining.

There's an extended version of it that's at least a half hour longer...recommended if you are a fan.

It's as inside baseball on 70's rock as you'll ever get, not to mention some of the best song placement ever.
Stevie's "My Cherie Amour" playing while Penny barfed her pills up was just outstanding.

Its crazy all the people in that movie. Jimmy Fallon, Jay Bruschanel plus all the main people.
Loved it personally. Fell in love with Kate Hudson.
