But, again, this assumes you are fully aware of the current mechanisms and the state of such. Are you sure "EGO and STUBBORNNESS" are what decisions are based upon? If so, explain providing a concrete basis (please refrain from assuming and rely strictly on facts as they relate to the program internally).

Ok, I'll say it. I am more intelligent. For the record, you are the one trying to make it a pissing contest. Yes, I do quite well in my field.

Answer is no. Come on, if you did you would be making millions as a head coach.

BUT, had you gone the coaching route, you'd be getting paid north of $4million right now.....I do hope you applied your aptitude in a lucrative field.

not upwards of 4 Mil. But I bet Miles couldn't design a 6-72 NEN Aftercooler Condnser w/ floating heads and channel covers built to withstand 75 PSIG @ 600 degrees F, then tell me what schedule nozzles, flange type and reinforcement I need. But, I would never expect him to.

Pretty sure Miles knows more football than anyone here, but its not us he need to out coach on Saturdays, that where he needs to be compared.

No, and as stated earlier on the thread no one on this board knows more. We as fans do have access to something that coach Miles does not have during the game though. TV and instant replay. These two things make hindsight and second guess play calling and scheme easy to do from the armchair or the beer pong table. Coach Miles does need to reevaluate the teams offensive philosophy and since he is getting paid somewhere around $4 million per year I am sure that he is.

I'm a safety professional and one of my responsibilities is to perform audits/Observations on other facilities across the country. When I walk onto a site I will run across opportunities to improve that are difficult to spot, you must dig and review procedures. Then there are time I see opportunities that the most uneducated, no training, blundering fool could point out. Does that say I know more than that facilities employees/ leadership?? That I am more educated or greater experience level?? The answer is simply no.

As humans we become complacent and almost blind to the hazards around us. Our risk level is much lower due to the fact we're around the hazard daily. I feel like that's what has happend to CLM. Take a look at his coaching style from 2006-2008. He didn't get the nick name MADHATER due to playing soft vanilla offense. He has become complacent.....

You so sure he couldn't (provided he wanted to be an engineer)?

Of course you did.

ETA: You'd lose the debate.

No.

But can I ask some related questions?
- Are coaches (any of 'em) infallible?
- Do coaches have blind spots?
- Aren't coaches assessed on not only what they actually accomplish but also on what they within reason could have accomplished?

You are right. I only got into one of the most competitive specialties in medicine because of luck. Seriously though, I am going to stop. Proving you wrong will only come across as trying to brag. Believe what you want.

from my view point Yes !. maybe not in WHOLE, but YES....

I may not know as much football, but I have been evaluating people's actions and behaviors for over 40 years.... something happened behind the walls on 1-9-12 or shortly before... and it is still there.

you may choose to ignore this and continue to defend by questioning people's qualifications... you have that right....

Neither I, nor many others are blind to what has happened... look the other way if you want
