Should I Fire Sale Finely?

Got vernon in a trade this week and have texted every league member on trading finely. Basically i can have Cecil shorts, ty hilton, or stewart. Should i fire sale him or does he have more value than these players?

having 2 TEs doesnt do u much good, but the offers for him are basically WW type guys.
Stewart, presumably Johnathan, has some upsides at least.
