3DS Campus Connectivity

Is there a way to access the wifi on my 3DS? Searching for access points brings up lsusecure, lsuguest, lsuwireless, and eduroam, but the connection fails either at access point or internet.

Do you enter your LSUID/Password in the network? You might have to register the device

Yeah, I did. I've tried registering its MAC address as one of my registered devices as "Nintendo" and then tried all possible access points. Then, I registered as "Other" and got the same. When connecting to lsuwireless, it reaches the access point then fails on internet, while all other networks can't even reach access point.
