That is too funny. I had a friend of mine, who is a former Bammer player, tell me that back when he played in the mid-80s the freshmen/newcomers were initiated in what they called "the Elephant Walk". They were stripped naked, lined up single file, and had to hold the rods of the person in front and back of them as they walked through the athletic dorm.
