I'm staying far away from WVU. The line seems too good to be true. Plus WVU has shown they can lose games they should win.

The over could be a play though.

Texas Tech has a 6th year QB in Doege.

They will be able to score points against WVU's shittastic defense. One average game by Smith is all that it will take for WVU to falter.

This is probably it.

The only reason I hesitated was because of the big win this past weekend. Could be a hangover going into Lubbock, but I still bit on the bet.

WVU to win big

This sounds awfully familiar to a week ago. Everyone was saying how Texas' D was going to shut them down; look at what Maryland's front 4 did and Texas is even better; WV's shitty defense wont be able to stop Texas; etc.

I hate going against home dogs, but I see A&M absolutely destroying La Tech. Tech is getting so much hype right now, but A&M is really the first and only test they have this year

To reiterate what I said earlier about fading VTech I think Duke +10 at VTech is a winner.

Last year's score was 14-10 VTech at Duke. Their offense was much more potent last year with David Wilson. Not to mention they lost 2 Senior wide receivers and Logan Thomas is playing like shite this year.

VTech has lost 3 of 4 to sub par teams with Thomas throwing 7 ints in his last 4 games.

With a win Duke becomes bowl eligible for the first time since 1995 they'll be hungry.

People thought Tech was legit with all that "defense" (against middle school teams) and Oklahoma went into Lubbock and beat them by 3 TD's.

I'd like to think WVU is better than OU. I'd also like to think Texas is much better than Tech and WVU beat them at their own place.

I kinda wished Tech had beaten OU so the line for WVU would be much lower.

Oregon State QB is out indefinitely. BYU is looking tempting.

Two of the worst situational spots this weekend: Florida (sandwich between LSU and USC) & WVU (B2B road trips to Texas before hm gm vs KSU)

I doubt I can bring myself to play either side but I can see why the sharps like Tech, regardless of what happened against OU.

West Virginia's offense is built around Big Plays, mostly huge plays in the passing game, Texas Tech has allowed the fewest pass plays of 20+ yards in the country(Texas was ranked 67th).
On the flip side Texas Tech is Top 25 in passing plays of 20+ yards while West Virginia's D is 119th in allowing them.
Texas was able to get pressure on Smith but they could not negate the big play, I think Tech can do both.

I was solidly against betting that game, but if the line drops below 3 I don't think I can resist.

Also what are the thoughts on Tennessee and State? I'm leaning Tenn +3 right now

Strength of Schedule.

OU was the first to expose it last week, and WV will do the same this week.
