I bought a Ten Point Titan XL last year . Love it, killed three deer two hogs last year, and shot a big doe last weekend in Tx. Farthest I shoot is 40 yards, but it is accurate out to 55-60. I paid 499 for bow and another 100 for new bolts and cocking mechanism. Mine came with led scope which is not magnified, very quiet and fast. Don't go cheaper than that you will be disappointed.

I have Barnett Buck Commander that I got before last season for about 400. Came with bolts, scope, and cocking rope. I have since added the built in cocking device. Good out to 60-80 yds although I won't shoot at anything over 40-50 yds. Nailed a big doe with it last year at 50yds and cut the hell out of her. Very fast bow at 389 fps, so much so that had to put Luminoc ends on bolts to see where the arrows go. Love the bow except it is a little heavy to be toting around the woods much. Weight does offer better stabiltiy though.

I've got a badass Barnett Quad 400

I'm so glad I moved up into the world of archery.

I'd love to make Louisiana's Pope & Young list this year with it!
