It's great seeing Monty Williams being hands on.

He's out there at camp being hands on with the players by handling the ball, showing them how to play defense, and teaching the rookies their defensive assignments. There isn't
many coaches who will get out and actually run the plays
while teaching. I hope he's here for a while.

Most coaches dont do it because they can't.
Its great how much control he has over his team. When he talks, he has 100% of their attention. Just seems like a natural leader.
