Phill steele picking Florida this weekend

Dude is usually pretty spot on with his picks... It's going to be an interesting weekend
I honestly seeing LSU haveing more total yards than 250... 107 passing yds seems pretty low even with the the bad OLine

Two years ago LSU pulled the upset 33-29 in The Swamp and while LSU had a 385-243 yard edge, they needed a fake FG that bounced off the ground and was caught and got a 3 yard td pass with :06 left for the win. Last year LSU was at home and UF was not only missing their #1 QB but also his backup and 3rd string true frosh QB Brissett who’d never taken a snap, got the start in Death Valley (8-14-94) and it was LSU’s most lopsided win over UF s/’71. The last time UF dropped 3 straight to LSU was from 1978-’80. LSU only had Towson last week but the Gators are off a bye. LSU been rather uninspiring the last two weeks including the 38-22 win over Towson and has dropped 2 spots in the polls. UF is 4-0 led by QB Driskel who is completing 70% with a 4-1 ratio while RB Gillislee is averaging 100 ypg (5.8). The Gators will also be getting back a couple of injured starters on D, have played a much tougher schedule (#4-105) and “Mr. 2H Adjustment” HC Muschamp has seen his Gators outscore their opponents 64-13 in the 2H and I will continue to ride my pick to win the SEC East.

Well, he's hardly spot-on, FWIW; he picked against LSU numerous times last year.

I think he picked LSU to lose either 3 or 4 times during the regular season last year...he will likely pick us to lose to south carolina as well, and possibly a&m and most definitely alabama. He is certainly not an lsu homer...which is fine, because over the last few years he has gotten pretty lousy at his picks.

In all honesty, this game is a blowout if we mett don't fumble on the goal line, and then fumble again deep in our own territory (not pointing fingers). Hard to overcome critical turnovers and multiple critical penalties on the road in the SEC. Reminded me of the North Carolina game a few years ago...LSU dominated but turnovers made the game too close.

yep.....it will be that florida was really untested against a tenn team with a losing record....and an a&m team that has only played florida....and they will say "remember the buffalo game".....watch. I am very hopeful SC beats GA this week...because after beating Florida, I think we will get more respect for beating a top 5 SC.

Thats what im thinking too.. There is no way Florida has more rushing yards than LSU like his computer is predicting

not real hard to do not factoring in points.
He is terrible with LSU. Doesn't like them for some reason, and hasn't. WE dominated everyone but bama last year, but he picked us to lose 4 times I believe (not counting the NC game)...which would make 5.

I won't. I'm suprised Florida is ranked only 10th; they have played better than we have til this point. If we beat the gators, it would mean our O-line and WR's have gotten there act together.
