Adjusting Sliders in FIFA '13

Any tips to make opposing offense better? I play career as a striker and it seems like the opposition rarely scores, and if they do just once. I play on pro difficulty, I like the difficulty as far as user attacking, but want to either improve CPU attacking or decrease my teams defensive ability without decreasing the CPU defensive ability. Any slider tips?
