half brisket, half chuck (two patties), caramelized carrots, bacon, dill pickles, lemon mayo, goat cheese, on a buttered/toasted bun

1/2 ground chuck 1/2 ground pork. Thick patty with a dimple, of course. Seasoned with salt and pepper. Served on 1/4 Leidenheimer French loaf. Truffle aioli, baby spinach, marinated olives, a slice each of mortadella, and provolone cheese.

I do a slight variation of this at home. I spread the aioli on the bread then toast it in the broiler. I leave the other ingredients in the fridge, and eat the French loaf.
