Buy it because he needs to learn on a friendly sized bike at first. Once he gets used to riding and wants to move up to a heavier taller bike or even a taller 2 stroke, sell it and move up.

It's being delivered today! I didn't even try to haggle about the price, Yammie. The couple selling are both military so I figure I already owe THEM.

I told my son I'm not calling them back about it until he finishes a TO DO list I gave him. He has no idea...

Thats awesome. Good idea in situation with one to pass it on to. Def too small for anyone that knows how to ride, but I could have fun on a 50

Geauxt, you sound like a pretty fun fella, yourself, but you should be careful what you wish for. I have 4 crazy kids, 3 crazy dogs, and one crazy husband. THEY would probably tell you that none of them have anything on me. Surviving in this household is not something you can learn...

i got rid of my boys several years ago, finally!!
It was fantastic for a few years, but dammmmmet, then I started missing them... Enjoy it...
