get 4 cattle panels and some T posts. form a big U along the edges of the opening leaving one side open. approach from the open side and shoot as they all run the other direction, start picking em off like fish in a barrel.

I would wait a day or two after putting up the panels to plan the shoot and I would bait heavier after puttign them up.

If you have any friends with an M1A or AR10, you could knock down more than one in a line with .308. And .308 hits like a damn freight train compared to .223.

T H I S.

Most AR-10's hold ~20 rounds of .308 ammo.

Lots of them (like mine) have a muzzle brake that facilitates quick follow-up shots.

I bought mine (DPMS LR308) specifically for hog hunting.

Please tell me you use Pmags. I know the AR10s are a bit more magazine picky than AR15s.

But I definitely agree. 20 rounds of .308 will put a hurting on some pigs.

I am going buy about 10lbs of exploding target.

Putting it in the middle of a big pile of corn.

Hogs gather around for a nice family dinner.

Boom!

I am expecting major carnage.

That sounds bad arse! Blow those bastards to hell, Rambo-style!

That's a terrible excuse deep. I'm going to kick your dog for this travesty next time I see ya.

Demon, ask deepsouth or jimjackandjose, when I work up a sweat while getting to the blind, they say they can smell soy sauce.

We completely destroyed an old metal gas can and launched another one well over a hundred feet with just 1 pound. I can only imagine what 10lbs would do. I figure the percussion alone will stun them enough to be able to walk up to them and finish the job.

Im thinking ball bearings need to be involved, and a very long distance or protected location for detonation shot.

It would have to be a very long distance if I'm going to put projectiles in the pile.
