Has Eric Reid? Tharold Simon? Barkevious Mingo? Sam Montgomery? Have any of the receivers? Offensive Linemen? What about Alleman and Wing. Even our depth at running back...can we honestly say that anyone of them has looked markedly better than last season. I'm not implying all of these are playing poorly, but some have clearly regressed. In my opinion none of the above has thus far demonstrated any measurable improvement. Mett obviously saw no significant snaps in 2011. I believe he is the most gifted QB on campus in a long time. Yet I can't help but wonder is he any better today than he was a year ago.

I'd say Montgomery looks better than last season. Lavar Edwards too. Montgomery consistently disrupts plays even if he doesn't get stats to show it...

Ah, so that's how this thread isn't a repeat.

Your opinion is pretty worthless.

I wouldn't say that. He is about the same.

Which is still great

He's stronger than he was last year, IMO.

Also, Minter is way better than last year. Our entire LB core is improved.

I think it's obvious Anthony "Freak" Johnson is more improved too..
