This is not to bad mouth our team or any players. If you cant help yourself, please do it somewhere else. Just wanted to gauge our TD fanbase at this point.

I think we still have a shot. We can improve and if we can stay healthy from here on out, I think we have a decent shot. Wouldnt bet my house on it though.

Is next year more likely?

( I know its too early to be defenite, but based on what we have seen)

I dont feel any different than I did before the season started. LSU is a 10-2 to 12-0 regular season team.

Not trolling. I honestly think we lose around 13-10 or 13-7 to Florida this week. I hope I'm wrong but the way it's neen going I wouldn't be surprised.

How often has LSU done what we expected though. Yeah we can always assume whats coming on offense or when we are going to blitz, I have gotten pretty good at that over the years. I can rarely predict the outcome though. Somehow they always surprise me. Good and bad.

I feel today like I felt week one. That is we are one of several teams with a legitimate shot. Do the last two weeks cause concern? Absolutely. Can we get our act together and run the table? Absolutely. Thankfully games are played on the field and not online or on message boards.

This team is easily one of the most talented teams in the country and its not even close. It's just an issue of getting everything to click.

There are 124 teams that hope that never happens, if it does, look out.

Nope I'm a realist. Our coaches have to fix most of the problems this week. Too much for them to handle.

Yes. If we go back to ground and pound offense with play action. Forget about the balanced offense. Our QB isn't ready yet. Slow on his reads.

The defense is stout.

Your lack of faith in our coaches is disturbing.

yeah, this is true, but that's like me saying: if I win the lottery I can afford to buy a house on the beach.

agreed. im thinking we go back to handing it off as much as possible with a few screens and 5 yard slants when defenses blitz. Spread them out if we cant push them deep. (that just doesnt sound right )

Above all else, we gotta get the Oline blocking better. not sure how we do that if we arent trying it in games.

Youd think practicing against our Dline would help. apparently not.

Agreed, however the injuries are piling up and while we are talented indeed, alot can be said for experience > talent. What I would like to see is one guy from the offense ( preferably Mett ) step and say that they will put this team on their back and lead them. I know its only words but it is also a huge part of team sports to have that guy that no matter what, he is going to keep pushing forward. We may have a guy that has done this behind closed doors but I think that it needs to be more apparent. Especially for the young guys. Ill get off of this damn soapbox now.
