Can we ask Ingram to fall on the sword like this Japanese MLB player?

First of all, he's not killing your cap space, second of all, you guys drafted him.

and forgive us of our redundant threads,
As we forgive them that spam the board.
And lead us not into temptation,
But deliver us from retardation.
For thine is the Mercedes Benz SuperDome,
The Who Dat, and the Birthmark,
For ever and ever.
Amen.

...3rd of all, there's an entire roster of defensive players we should send to Japan first.

I am just looking for a scapegoat for the 0-4 start. Ingram is an easy target; someone that is not on defense.

Ingram was drafted by the wrong team; plain and simple. I don't blame him. He's just not the type of back that would thrive in this system, and we've been using him like shite in that we're too predictable with him.

Its the right one. If he was drafted by the steelers or another run it up the gullet type team, I think Ingram would thrive.

How come Ivory was able to rush for 5 yards a carry as a rookie and Ingram couldn't? He's in an offense where teams have no choice but to respect the pass big time.

I'm not putting all this on the player though, I think we need to have a horse and feed that horse. We got backup horses if the horse breaks an ankle. We just don't have enough quantity rushing attempts right now.

Ingram can be a good RB but obviously in wrong system. He is more of a rhythm RB. He is not a guy who works well by sitting on the sideline waiting his turn then goes and gets one carry only to head right back to sideline after personnel change. He needs touches to get a feel for the game. I have never liked the pick because RB in the 1st rnd. in this system is crazy.
