Not sure how much pass pro we work on in practice but...

It needs to increase by 3X. The RBs, qb, and OL have not been on the same page in quite some time. Not sure what's going on.

OLs are the rarest of sure things. It usually revolves around 1 (and 2 if lucky) star(S) and the 2 good players and the others are average. In this case the - the main star(faulk) is out for the season and there is some trouble adjusting to the loss - especially when the QB is new as well.
