It was Penn Wagers crew. Funny you call Ritter "the bug-eyed ref". We have called him "bug eyes" for the last few years. The AU/LSU game a couple of weeks ago was the best game I have ever seen his crew call. He is usually horrible. And if you play bammer, you'll have to beat him too.
