Throwing deep is the only thing that is going to prevent everyone from stacking the box. Why don't we throw deep early? So the defense will think twice about stacking the box. Are we missing Randle that bad? Do the coaches just not trust Mett?

You know it takes time for a deep route to develop, right?

Because we think all the other coaches in America are stupid and can't figure out that we just use the first half to "set it up."

You do remember our first 3rd down was a pass, right? About 25-30 yds down the field, right? Landry, wide-open and would have scored?

And that Mett missed him badly, so that Landry was lucky to even get a finger on the ball? These things tend to lead to changes in the plan

Because Les likes to do the bare minimum to win until he realizes they are in trouble.

But they DO win, don't they?
