Help with a yawn pic

Im on my phone, so i can't upload pics, so this may be difficult to explain. Can someone take the cartoon pic of a dude yawning that people use a lot on here and take his hand that is in front of his face and put it in front of a pic of mike the tiger roaring or any with his mouth open? The poster Jet12 has a good pic of mike that might work. TIA
