Anyone seen them play? I'm a pretty big fan of Ragweed's music and saw that CC & the Departed are coming to BR. I don't know much of the new band's stuff but may want to check it out.
Do they play any old CCR songs or is it just their original stuff? I'm sure I'll go either way to hear some of the newer material.

I saw them last night. Their stuff is heavier than Ragweed's...like more rock and roll...but it's pretty good. Seth James even sings on a couple instead of Cody. Just don't go in there expecting them to be the second coming of Ragweed and you should enjoy it.
They did play "Anywhere But Here" last night, which was awesome, but then 2 of their amps blew with 30 minutes left so they had to stop. :(
