Simultaneous Possesion Rule from the rulebook

Rule 8, Article 3, Item 5: If a pass is caught simulataneously by two eligible opponents, and both players retain it, the ball belongs to the passers. It is not a simultaneous catch if a player gains control first and an opponent subsequently gains joint control.

Does anybody who watched that not agree that Jennings gained control first? There's no way you could say Tate got his hands on the ball at the same time Jennings did.

that moron beaumontbengal disagrees, tate had a finger on the ball so he was in possession of it.
