They're one of the good companies. We'd see this problem with the lower end companies. You got lucky and saved a lot of money.

Same thing with your insurance policy, some insurance companies will not cover awning repair/replacement (talking about the main awning as well as slideout awnings) because it's the number one claim on a camper.

I'd just sue my insurance agent then.

Some folks here might catch on to that.

The third party advice was good. I called southern rv early this week to see if they would mail me a part that broke under warranty. The first question was did you buy it from us when you bought your camper or is it through a third party. When I told him from them, he said sure can. I know it would have been a pia if not.

I put a deposit down on a camper couple days ago. Has to be built still, probably 8 weeks out minimum but i'm not in a rush. Thanks to all input.

Nice.

Space saver vacuum bags. Put that on your buy list. They work great. hit the dollar stores for plastic plates, glasses, coffee pot and what nots.

Nice camper. If you have a friend that knows anything about campers, have them go thru it when you get it. Break out the hose and wet the hell out of it outside everywere to check for leaks. Windows and doors too!
